Ncaa 08

I never knew they had the names online or offline. It'd be nice, but I doubt it will happen.

 

why wont it happen? they had the names show up online for the original online ps2 game.. i'm sure they will put this back in one day..

 

Yeah, in NCAA 09, it'll be a touted feature.

 

The game doesnt come with them but you can download them from some roster sites and then use them offline. They showed up online in the 06 version on the xbox. Does anyone know if they worked on line for the old gen xbox last year?

 

I didn't go online with the consoles 'till the 360. The only games I played online before the 360 were counter strike and AOE2

 

NO im pretty sure that we wont ever see the names come from EA right out of the box.. Unless the NCAA itself will allow them to do it. Not a EA problem.. IT's all on NCAA..

But saying that.. if other people can put in the time and effort to the get the rosters put together.. why wouldnt EA try to help those guys be able to put the names on Live. ... I honestly dont mind paying for them because it makes a huge difference in the game.. And also ... Ive tried to do it myself and that's just a ton of time that i just dont have..lol.. I mean really i started with the BIG 12, then BIG 10, Pac 10, then BIG EAST.. and i think i might have gotten to Conference USA.. But that took me 2 weeks.. usually 25 mins a team.. AND the research of every team roster..

SO paying guys to do this isnt a big thing..

 

I just usually download FK's rosters. Always free. Funny thing is, some of those guys who charge just use his and don't really do them themselves.

 

you know there's a guy on ebay that does it every year. Puts it on a memory card and ships it out to you.

that's one, the other I couldn't find, but the other actually sends the memory card with the rosters on it. it cost like 40 american.

 

Well, it is easy to get the rosters, the big thing is using them online.
