Announcing a new feature I think will be widely used, An integrated private chat and group chat system. Rather then using the clumsy private message system, if you wanted to quickly ask a question or talk to someone in LG, you could use this feature. The great thing is this works for both the web site and the mobile app. So someone could ask you a private chat message from the site, while you answer from your phone. Its a two-way system. The system also keeps track of your chat history and recent conversations in case you miss any private chats. This system also supports group chat so if you wanted to have a chat system with your organization (just create and invite all members for this group on the regular web site first). Full support for this feature is in version 3.3.0 of the mobile apps. Except android app to be updated in an hour, and about a week for apple to approve the ios app. Thanks!
