We've added a new feature to combat "trolls" from the site and chat box. Anyone who the admins deem to be a "troll" will be given this title. It will display a troll icon next to their name, but most importantly make their name and chat posts very hard to see. Their posts & name will only show up at 50% viability, making it very easy to ignore. We beleive the best way to controll a troll, is to make them invisible. As attention is what a troll feeds on.
How will the admins come to a consensus on who to deem a troll? There would have to be a more detailed process or unneeded complications will arise. At best it sounds like a feature created for feature's sake, and at worst an authoritarian mechanism to infringe upon our First Amendment rights. And really, some trolls will want that official troll icon. All the league needs is a healthy majority of humans who create a culture where the trolls go unfed, not a muzzle system.
We don't need a 12 person jury to come to this conclusion. I think we can all pick out a troll being a troll in a matter of seconds
