Find a way to prevent computer players from coming onto the ice. 3v2 or penalty shot. Maybe increasing penalty minutes. 30 sec, 1 min, 1:30 etc. every time a penalty occurs.

 

Having a smaller rink but not the ugly look of 3's would be cool. Get rid of computers and have a penalty be a penalty shot. Is there a way to play 3v3 with human goalies? bc thats the mode I want to play. Also fix faceoff aliignments for this mode.

 

change the time of periods to 5 real minutes on the score clock. no cpus. just let it go to 3 on 2. then 3 on 1. or maybe a penalty shot after 3 on2.

Yeah I agree it's probably more fun than 6s but all Penalties need to be Penalty Shots, Injuries should also be turned off to keep the speed of the game up.

 

If a game goes into overtime instead of a 4 period. It would be awesome to have a shoot out. All 3 players from each team gets 1 shot then sudden death.

2nd thing I understand that they want goalies in 6's, and that in club you can have human goalies in 3's. But if lg does do a league of 3 vs 3 (which will be tittys) how can a goalie get practice for the lg game? There will be times where people are running short on time and need a quick warm up so they go to drop in games until game time. Reason I bring it up is because 3vs3 for a goalie is totally different than 6vs6.

 

I like the PP, if it was the penalty shot it would decide way to many games.

Honestly i think the players should be able to pick 3 fwds, 2 fwds 1 Dman, or 1 fwd and 2 dmen. Would make teams more dynamic and different

 

I really wish the eashl 3on3 was on the smaller rink like in NHL 3on3

 

Need club challenge
Need penalty shots over cpus
Need shorter periods
Need to have drop in mode with user goalies
Gameplay speed tuners should be identical to 6's to keep play consistent in one game mode
Whole point of 3v3 is to have more ice

 

I fear the reason they don't shorten things is so they don't confuse their stat tracking. Maybe they reduce game time to 3 minutes per period in 3's. BTW this is a nightmare for goalies.

 

When I pick RD can we not get put on LD everytime we get a PP and give us a righty LD instead also I saw a enforcer dman snipe top corner 3 in a row. 2 slapshot and 1 wrist shot not sure how a enforcer should be able to do that.

Great practice to get use to the dekeing

 

Currently you can only play 3s+goalie (4 people) in regular club games. That should be added to:
- Drop ins
- Drop in PIN games
- Club Challenges

Basically the best part of 3s+goalie is that all 4 ppl from both teams can fit in a playstation party (limited to 8).

 

They also need to switch the stick lift button on the hyrbrid controls. A lot of people will hit square in front of the net to shoot it in, but now it will most likely get you a penalty. Also give the the controls a protect the puck button

 

It would be nice to at least stay RD if i signed up for RD when a CPU enter the ice. Would like to see penalty shot too instead of having a CPU.

 

- 3on2 pp, any more penalties result in penalty shots.

- disagree with the rink size change, leave it the same as regular size because that is what creates open space.

- Period length is fine.

 

I think everyone is more or less on the same page with this feedback. I agree with everything I've seen.

I mostly want to echo the idea of having a 3v3 LG league.

IMO th core mechanics of the way players move and pick up the puck hasn't changed since 2016 and is the biggest flaw of the game when it comes to playing 6s. It makes the game feel more random and has more to do with who is gonna end up with the random scrum for loose pucks that happens 10+ times each game.

Bottom line for me, I haven't plays NHL religiously since it came to Xbox and generally I have not enjoyed the game but I would buy this game just to get back into LG with a 3v3 league... 6s remain unenjoyable for me.

TL;DR Bring a 3v3 league to LG... Player mechanics still blow and 3v3 hides most of the unenjoyable flaws that remain constant in the game.
