Can somebody organize some kind of small tourney for the first and 2nd round exits and the non playoff teams. It can be like world juinors but for the N gonna still be a long time till 21 comes out. It would be fun to play in a tourney till than just a thought. It could be a draft or like canaam style play can v usa or something. Someone make it happen.
We use to run an event, LGIHL (international Hockey League) We ran it as a 6s event (draft) We ran it as a 3s event (draft) Maybe Tris and Brodie can make a thread and put a poll up to see if there is any interest. Im sure @Tris10 or @LG McDonald or @ShortyxLOSE could set it up for us the next couple weeks. It isnt long its just a short event and the rosters are big. However, the beta will be coming out and you might have players missing or not showing once that starts but i believe they had big TCs for it as well. As well as the Beta coming out, August is a REALLY busy month for NHL20. Between the CBJ Summer Cup, NA starting up and LG Playoffs on 2 consoles, it might be hard to have the signup numbers required from the NHL/AHL to even have an IHL tournament like before. Great idea, just might be difficult to pull off this specific summer due to all the Events currently going on.
I think you let it sit for 2 weeks and see how many would sign up for ahl and nhl and see how many would be interested you dont know until you try.. Worst thing that happens you tell them that we didn't get enough signups but I think we would get enough
