Hello, LG bookmaker ChiSouthShitter here again for my updated Calder cup odds.

This has been the most competitive AHL season I have ever been a part of. I think anyone is beatable this year, it will be who gets hot at the right time just like in IRL sports.

This is the most talented team in the AHL overall, led by @JC Enterprise, @JuniorHawk16 and @PigsOnJupiter. They just got gifted some nice NHL send downs in @Nyquist x 12 (Cadillac Eldo) and @Fly I25I to man the 3rd line. Defense seems to be stabilized now after the deadline. Goalie tandem of @iTub3 and @Waxibono is actually cracked.

Syracuse Crunch 2/1 odds (+200)

Syracuse has been the best team in the regular season led by MVP candidate @l1l Sharp l0l and center @Sitful putting up 120 points in arguably the AHL's best division. The goal tending on this team has been outstanding led by @Herringthefish. These guys actually grind the game outside of league and it shows. They might not have the best talent overall top to bottom, but they have the best chemistry in the league without a doubt.

Tuscon Roadrunners 4/1 Odds (+400)

58-15-9 125 pts

Looking at their record they should be the favorite, no? Not quite, they don't score goals. It's simple as that, but they can defend anyone with their signature trap. Their forward talent isn't nearly as good as the teams above. Putting up a mere 251 goals total (Rochester put up 294 and missed the playoffs) works in the regular season, but this is the playoffs and offensive talent will trump. Regardless of their offensive output, they will be in every single game they play and having the best defenseman (@l Freddy ll) in the AHL helps too. If the bounces stop going their way they could be a 1st round exit. They can also win the cup if the turds keep going through.

This one team that might be finding their stride right at the perfect time. @FrenchMoron's team had a tough time to start up, but they seem to have figured it out at the right time. They traded for @Schenn who seems to be magically available all of sudden and solidified their defense. They are the hottest team going into the playoffs and should scare anyone they play. This team is primed to make another run, but can they finish?

Quietly, this team has been as consistent as anybody in the league. They keep their head down, low chat box presence and just win games. They don't have the high end talent, like some of the other teams, but everyone here is just good at chel. Their goaltending will be their undoing. But don't be surprised to see this team in the final as they can beat anyone... Or lose to anyone.

I know, this team looks good statistically, and based on that alone should be higher. But looking through the roster, nothing really scares me here. @silentsoljacuz4 quietly has been one of the best right wingers in the AHL, and @Hughcs has had an excellent season. But in my opinion, this team has over achieved massively, their defense is a bit above average but nothing eye popping.

Cleveland Monsters 6/1 Odds (+600)

For the average viewer you might think i'm crazy putting Cleveland this high. Cleveland has been rolling the past couple weeks and @Schreiny has all but solidified his MVP by willing this team to the playoffs by playing unbelievable two-way hockey down the stretch. Their lines are solidified and their goaltending has come around. @Provy I9I continues to put up points with whoever is on his line. Adding @Silver x47x (schreiny's brother) on the back end has been a god send. Their 1st round matchup agaisnt Syracuse is must watch, I believe Cleveland has great chance at upsetting the division winners. If that happens, look out...

What happened Colorado? You guys were a top 3 team post bidding with the best center core in the AHL. Well, seems the winger combos have been iffy according the sources and the defense has been average at best. They have really tailed off going into the playoffs and they might get 1st rounded. There is no top end scoring winger on this team, but they have one of the best goalie tandems in @Tastypeanut 5 and @OEF Justin. But will that be enough?

Playoff @Neil x 25 and @meka DVA meka (Baris) that is enough to scare anyone. Their depth is solid, getting @recyclebinhero back is nice. @Z3R0CR45H continues to shine in the AHL and will keep his team in every game. If they get the right breaks, you could see a run here. The 3rd line has to step up their game however.

This team has 3 solid forward lines, @Reidsss hasn't really lived up to that massive contract, but he still is very good. The defense has been solid, really just a solid team all around. @Darcy Kuemper is still one of the best in the game. They draw a tough matchup in round 1 vs Iowa, another must watch. The are lacking a high end shut down d-pair, so they will have to score some goals to win. @EARTHSHAKER II has finally started playing, who not a lot of people know about unless you played IOHL. The kid is one of the best playmakers on RW.

Hershey has been a tough high paced team all season. @Wickedly Moist has done a nice job dispersing the talent throughout the lines. Each game will be tough, their defense has been all over the place though. But they have no problem scoring goals. They get a tough draw in Charlotte off the bat, but if they can beat them who knows. This will be a very interesting team to watch in the loffs. Lets just hope everyone shows up..... *cough* @Beta Dreams *cough*

This team is a tough one to judge, they are basically Binghamptons team from last year with good group of forwards led by @Iv 0VI vI and @Edenheart. The back end is a bit top heavy with @BUFFALO STAR 23 leading the way. @l Murray x 30 l has been a monster too. This team can beat anyone and lose to anyone like most teams here. They draw a tough matchup in Toronto, so we will see.

These guys are going to be a tough out whoever they play, they have a great top line with @honesrule being a little lord. Their top dpair in @hotwinglol and @TheAngryNachos are starting to click. This team can get hot and make a run or flame out... Their west coast advantage will need to be utilitzed. @Notorious0ne617 quietly has been one of the best goalies in the AHL this season. This is another team to keep an eye on.

Those wolves were able to get past the Meese (shockingly), they seem to be starting to click. Getting @Patmo x 16 back from the NHL (was running away with the scoring title before getting called up) through trades might be one the best moves overall in the AHL. Look out for @NBD l Karma l, he is a budding star. They have a to 5 goalie tandem in the league with @Ouellet I30I and @Vaynx. They draw a tough matchup in Milwaukee, but if they can someone pull an upset, then this team can definitely wreck havok.

This is a poor man's Tuscon, they will trap and turd and they so happen to play each other round 1. Probably the most boring matchup in LG history, but it will be tight and close. I just don't think this team matches up talent wise to Tuscon. Their first line of @Huberdeau I11I and @patsway have been solid with 60 point seasons each. If they can pull the upset, I don't see this team advancing due to the lack of scoring potential.

There is always one playoff team that gets fucked by their NHL team come playoff time, they lose @SmaLL x 23, @Dumoulin_65 & @Dubois x 9 to the the Pens. Their odds have drop significantly since losing a top d pair and a standout draft pick. Their forward depth is still in good shape, but will the defense be able to pick up the slack? They still have the lord and savior @Dan x 39 though.
