S10 Off-season Week 0 – Wed Jan 23 thru Sat Jan 26

• S10 NHL Owner league offers are submitted and owners are given tools. Owners can begin their mgmt selection(NHL-AHL) and player contract opt-outs (roster drops).
• S10 CHL Owner Offers are going to be sent out today with the a media announcement Sunday in regards to the successful candidates.
• At the same time, Retirement window opens for all players, the Constitutional Review Period begins, and Seasonal ID flips to S10.
• The Constitutional Review Period; (*If the Constitutional Review Period ends quicker, the timelines will move forward sooner*)
• On Thurs Jan 24: The Resign Period begins at 00:00 EDT (105-hour window)

S10 Off-season Week 1 – Sun Jan 27 thru Sat Feb 02

• On Mon Jan 28: The Resign Period ends at 09:00 EDT
• On Mon Jan 28: Tris10 dumps S9 rosters keeping only players under contract for S10+ (by 12:00 EDT)
• On Mon Jan 28: The trade window opens (3-day window) at 17:00 EDT (or after roster dumps)
• On Mon Jan 28: Roster Drops close (17:00 EDT)
• On Thurs Jan 31: The retirement - un-retirement window closes at 17:00 EDT
• On Thurs Jan 31: The trade window closes at 18:00 EDT
• On Thurs Jan 31: S10 NHL Entry Draft at 20:00 EDT
• On Fri Feb 01: S10 NHL Entry Draft contracts are issued
• On Fri Feb 01: The trade window re-opens (48-hour window)

S10 Off-season Week 2 + 3 – Sun Feb 03 thru Sat Feb 16

• On Sun Feb 03: The trade window re-closes at 18:00 EDT
• On Sun Feb 03: S10 NHL Bidding begins at 21:00 EDT until Wed Feb 06 (96-hour window)
• On Thurs Feb 07: S10 AHL Bidding begins at 21:00 EDT until Sun Feb 10 (96-hour window)
• On Mon Feb 11: S10 CHL Bidding begins at 21:00 EDT until Thurs Feb 14 (96-hour window)
• Trade windows will open for each league once the contracts have been issued and accepted by the players. Until then, the trade window will be closed. The BOGs will determine a proper date for this. Trades involving NHL & AHL must have contracts issued on both ends.
