OFFICIAL TEAM ASSIGN

Listed below are the team assignments. I am pretty sure everyone will be happy. Right now the league is set at 24 members with 3 alternates.

I am prepared to open the league to 28 provided those on the alternate list show their dedication to LG and our league. 2 of the 4 have been recommended by long standing LG members. I need all of you guys to convince the League that you will see your committment through to the finish. Since our season will not begin for a week or so, you have plenty of time to accomplish this.

Although not a long standing member, I'd like to put my two cents in for Mike Sweeney. He runs the league that we both came over from, and he's more than active, writing recaps for games he isn't even a part of. He's also been trying to get people in on exhibitions all week, to no avail.

This place did seem to go dead this weekend....what happened?


I'd also like to thank the folks that landed me the Pats. I thought I'd missed out on my favorite team in all of sports. Thank you very much.

 

Yeah mike is on ALL the time, I would have played a few games with him if I wasn't on such a wierd schedule right now.

 

I have no problem letting Mike, TX Rebel, and HM3 in the league. Thad Smith posted twice and disappeared. The way I see it is we need one more reliable guy and we go to 28.

Good call on letting the newer guys have a week to make their presence felt. We both know what it is like when gamers do not live up to their commitments.

 

So when will divisions and all that be established?

 

Divisions are not used when you use the ESPN Videogames League as a league. It is just custom made, or one big division, I don't remember, I just know that there is no way to set it up yourself.

 

So how will schedules be determined? No "division" champs? How does a playoff schedule work?

 

Schedules are just random. No division Champs. I never got far enough into my league to play the playoffs, I played 3 games then it broke.

 

Do you guys need another person to get to 28? If so I might be interested in joining up and helping out. What teams are remaining, I am gonna look but if someone knows off the top of their head, I can't figure it out by just looking at that.

We would love to have you. Of the teams that have not been assigned to league members post your top three. There should be eight available.

 

I am in a small league now and there seems to be 2 divisions. Not sure if it's based on the number of participants or if it's just random. I have no control over the schedule as far as I know. There are some rumors that ESPN is making some chancges to give League Admins more options.

We'' have to see what's up.

 

Teams with the best records go to the playoffs no conference or divisions factor into it.

Not a big deal. Im sure thats an option coming in the future.
