Points Formula

    Since figs basically figured out the formula, i'll officially post on how its made

    Everything is based on the standing position of both teams before game time. The simply concept is, each win is worth +10 points. Then minus the standing offset. For example if the 4th place team beats the 6 place team, they would get 10+(4-6)=8 points. The base is 1 point of course.

    On a loss, negative points are given. By defaut -2 is for a loss, if you lose to a team lower in the standings to you, its -5.

    Pretty simple system. You might see giant leaps in points early on as teams get settled.

    My guess would be that someone passed them mid-game, or someone fell below you mid-game. I cant see what the standings looked like at the time though so its pure speculation.
