LGHL Psn LGHL Detroit: Games being overturned

The BOG originally made a ruling to have games from weeks 2-3 be overturned to reflect a Loss on Detroits record based on Illegal players being used in said games.

After some discussion amongst all staff we have decided to make a ruling change to reflect weeks 1-3 and to revise the rule that is currently in place (Article lV - Sec 2.4) which states for minor offences there will be a statue of limitations of 2 weeks for reversals. We will revise the rule to include more serious offences which will step outside the 2 week limitation for cases such as this.

Our original ruling was based on the constitution, with that being said we have agreed that we have made an error in this decision and that corrective measures will be taken to revise the current ruling in the constitution going forward.
