    Quesiton for all ove

I am going to the Career Center tomorrow in English for a project, and I need an idea of what I would like to do. Listening to my mum yap on the phone for the last 30 minutes, she gave me no good ideas, so I come to this.

What do you guys do for a living, and what kind of education does it require? I don't need to know how much you get paid or anything, but if you would like to state the range, go ahead.

    Thanks.

I've done a lot of small and insignificant jobs and I've learned that at this age most places (especially resturants) just don't give a shit which is sad. My advice to you is find something that you like and that you enjoy doing, I'm still searching for it and think I might have found it working at an after school program with kids. By the way I plan on going to school and becoming a teacher.

I don't think us telling you what we do will really help you!

You really need to persue something you feal strong about, something your willing to persue and believe you will enjoy.

I'm in sales and have been for close to 30 years now, it's not easy but it has many rewards of which I enjoy personnaly.

I just graduated and my first job is in sales! Who do you work for TMG? So far it's a blast, but it's hard work. I would have to reiterate what has already been said so far - follow what you love and do what you enjoy. As clich? as it may sound, it will help you out in life - even if that means joining the circus!

Well, what do you enjoy? What do you think would be enjoyable to do for the rest of your life or even your first job?

I would think about these things. When I was in school, I always wanted to have a job that no one else would think of - like Commissioner of MLB. Stuff like that. I alway thought it was boring that there were 4 people in the class who said "Doctor" - no offense to any doctors out there. :) Might as well make it a fun project!

She wants us to have down what we want to do (culinary arts), and then some others listed also. I just couldn't think of anything.

No, I want to move to Europe either for, or after college and get a job in a restaurant over there.
