Teams that take ffs are bitches, would rather wait extra time and actually get the win. If you give leeway other teams give it to you, don’t be a pussy like premier counting down the 10 minutes

 

Just jumping in here. The NHL owner owns the AHL as well, he can literally change lines as much as he wishes. The skill gap from a Unknown prospect to a person on the ahl roster could be very small or very big. AHL TCs have a better chance at success at the AHL level then they do at the NHL level. If your nhl team needs to use your player you should always have a backup for your scheduled player just in case. FFs suck but at the end of the day people don’t want to wait around all day for this. Have the correct amount of preparedness for the situation.

 

Now let’s talk about how they FF us at 11 after, but let the bruins have as much time as needed without requesting it.... sounds like a scarred move

 

Simple fix, ECU shouldn't be allowed if you're scheduled game nights. There are plenty of players that can be used on a roster without dealing with the complication of the overlap caused by using players already scheduled in their primary league.

 

Cant speak to all the stuff you are stirring here since it has been said on thr ff night in sb that you were forfeited at 19, then 15, then 13, and now 11) but I watched the game on twitch. Bruins showed up at the 9 minute mark.

I honestly dont know how you guys have so much appetite for all this drama.

 

No one said 19 or 15 corn sent at 13 after it was called at 11... I’ve been over it but people keep replying to this

 

FF in the regular season is a dick move unless you're really late, the whole point of the regular season to to practice for the playoffs not FF games

 

The rules don't provide a choice anymore. If you don't take the FF and the other team wants to drag it out another 30 minutes you have nothing to go on but the league making you play it or reschedule.

 

Shouldnt ecu if youre going back to back. If nhl team has no other option the ahl team should get an ecu ready just in case. Kinda sucks with the new 10min rule but people were always so late so we will adjust and imo its for the better.
