I would like to remain as the GM of the IceHogs AHL. I would be willing to accept ownership if it is available. I took over this team as GM 3/4 through the season and have turned a disaster season (prior GM made trades to hurt our team rather than improve or build chemistry. Yeah I do remember that. It was a mistake that I took responsibility for. When I took over as GM there was tons of miscommunication so it was not intentional. I’ve learned from it and will continue to pick up things along the way. Considering the morale and competition our team was icing for games, was embarrassing and horrible. In my short time with my AGM, I’d say we’ve made positive progress overall.. I now have players that fill out availability and have been showing up and wanting to play for the team now that some changes were made. To clarify, the 1st round DP I traded, was marked as (TC) on our roster.. and he never answered so we got a TC that would play. Nobody would make the trade I did - 1st DP for TC... this team was making trades purposely to ruin things.. so I traded people that didn’t answer
You guys played 5/6 players as an ECU against rampage this week. I never received a message I "didn't answer" to. I was on the NHL roster an hour before traded.
