Hello Everyone! The "Contenders Cup" returns for the Sharks Pacific Cup season 3! For those new to the Contenders cup, this is a division set out specifically for new members to NHL 6s, and esports who want to play at a others at their competitive level, and still play in organized NHL esports events. Here is the key points on how it will work During a teams signup, teams can choose to opt-in or opt-out for the Contenders Cup When the regular season starts, we will move the bottom 30 teams based on the ESHL leaderboard (and of course the teams who choose to opt-in) to the Contenders Cup division. Those teams will only play each other all season. Once you are in the Contenders cup division, or the main division, there is no switching We are going to allow new teams to signup during the event, All new teams will automatically goto the contenders division. The same roster rules apply where you can't pick up a player who's been on a roster past the start of the event. Teams in this division will be playing for 6 prize packs provided by the SJ Sharks. Exact items in these prize packs TBA by the Sharks
