S3 Rockford Icehogs Mgmt Application

I am looking for a GM and AGM for Season 3, i will be compiling mgmt applications for about a month and will be deciding probably in the first week of september unless i find someone i cannot pass on. i have received a few applications already, but i do not wanna jump the gun.

i will be helping u along the way when needed ontop of helping with bidding and whatever needs to be done. however more often then not, the AHL team is urs to run and urs to judge and do what is needed. i will attempt to stay away from your roster in terms of call ups ruining ur bidding due to bidding on players like piper (season 2). You will have 95% control of the roster and how it is run.

All trolling aside, if you want to be an AHL GM next season, this should probably be your 1st choice. Good owner who will actually help his AHL team, and not just poach your roster. Really enjoyed doing it this season, and obviously it paid off with a Calder Cup. Also if you're good at the game thats a bonus too

Why you would make a good GM/AGM: I know alot of players who are targets already as I am very involved in LG and was very involved last year with the Barrie Colts helping @ceeg87 run practices and evaluate our tc. I had a rough season and didn't put up numbers like i would have liked last year but it was a learning experience and will make me better next season. I already have an agm in place should i get a team it will be @xxHazzy-Eyesxx. We plan to be very active in scouting to make sure we can win in bidding. We will be dedicated and will be around at game times and to run practices. I believe that we have what it takes to build a team that will make it deep come playoff time. Why you would make a good GM/AGM: I think I would make a good GM/AGM because I know a lot of people in the community and think I can bring in a lot of skillful players, also already have some experience when it comes to management so have a good understanding of league rules and whatnot. And will have a lot more time availablle this year than last.

Why you would make a good GM/AGM: I like helping with the process of scouting and drafting. I am good with technology and I am on LG either on my phone or laptop daily. I respond very quickly to management and other team-mates messages. I know the rules inside and out and have never violated the rules. I know how to take stat pictures. In the CHL it was tough with the daily call-ups it seemed like. It was fun to watch our TC develop but I think I am ready to play with a solid core group that will not get messed with that much. I am wanting to be a part of a cycling team with good communication. There are AHL and CHL targets I know about. Besides owning the Firebirds, I helped Actiondave in the CANAM series which we won.
