Looking to scout for GMs for S31, assuming I'm offered a team. I have a few people in mind, but would prefer having someone onboard that actually wants the role. Looking for top contracts to absorb, and build out a team of mostly friends, with a focus on chemistry. Not trying to take on a team full of egos, and going to be very selective in bidding. The GM doesn't necessarily have to be overly involved in management responsibilities, primarily looking for contract value.
