    Role and Responsibility as an Owner
    Owners are responsible for running, managing, and guiding their organization to victory.

    They must ensure all their teams are being run correctly by Management, and that they all have a good way to communicate with each other.

    In the end, the Owner is responsible for having all of his teams run like a well-oiled machine. He/She should be the first person to jump in and fix a problem on one of his/her teams, as he/she is ultimately responsible for every team in his/her organization. 

    Communication between Owners and Staff can ensure a successful season can be had.

    Owners are also expected to meet the requirements outlined in the Manager Expectations.

    Please explain why you feel that you would be a good candidate for LGBA Ownership? I led the Magic to the finals after taking over for TKO after his ban, and have been a spiritual leader to the Utah Jazz, Golden State Warriors and Charlotte Hornets this season.

    yeah gm in here last 2 seasons pretty much owner for half of s30. Owner in xpal multiple times.

    this is my 4th time applying to be a gm so lets see how it goes but i feel ima be a great candidate off the fact i know how the game works and i have a winning mentality and a culture i wanna bring thats goin show dominance. I also feel like i can manage a team well, I'm responsible enough to really run a team and give everyone the best opportunity to succeed and most importantly get wins!

    I've proven it with my 2k20 ownership title, but in plain terms, I'm more people oriented and I actually care about being a manager that people want to play for. I'm willing to give people chances, I don't tolerate toxicity, and if I can make peoples LG experience a positive one, I lean towards making decisions that make the people on my team have an enjoyable season. I'm also smart enough to know what I don't know and I'm open and honest about what I can and can't do for people. In a season plagued by forfeited games and no-shows, my team never forfeited a single game in our 40+ - 1 run for the NCAA championship in summer 2020.

    I run a team in many leagues. I am active never like taking FF’s usually will always play. Every team I been on no one has ever had a problem with me. I enjoy running teams to meet new people and change up the competition. People can vouch I run a team properly and by the rules.
