The award committee has voted and have come down to the finalists for each award. The awards will be voted on by each committee member with a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place vote counting for 5, 3, and 1 points. A community vote will also be held for each award counting for a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd vote based on final vote counts.

The fact that Binghamton isn't in the Final 5 is wild to me. Clearly dealt the worst hand and ended up winning their division and contending for the President's at various points throughout the season. They were my clear #1 choice.

While some of the awards jabronis didn't recognize yall, you guys put together an incredible season even with that bum @Rage Rox on your team. Helluva job fellas

 

As much as @Rage Rox and I were chirping each other all season, He, Sheck and Xeno did an excellent job. They at least should be top 5.

 

Mostly everyone voted the top 5 teams instead of looking at the real things like adversity and making trades to make their team a top team, devils and marlies I believe were 2 of those teams that should have had more votes for sure. SORRY

 

Thanks everyone for the kind words. After Darth rage quit I was offered GM because I was on a 2 mil contract (saves 1.5 mil) and I knew how to use manager tools. My goal was to keep the team active and get through the year making it as fun as possible. We decided to split the responsibilities. @Rage Rox talked trades, I would do the schedule, and @XenoSZN would get dubs. We flew under the radar for a while and I was trying to keep Rage quiet (easier said than done) to avoid attention. With some luck (a 9 game skid by Rochester, thanks boys) we thought we had a shot at the division. Somehow we held on and accomplished a division title. Although an award isn't in the card thank you for the recognition, it is more than enough. It was a pleasure working with the baby devils. Big shoutout to @Mr Ray Shero for all his help. We couldn't have had the success without him as well.
