Any player that has been at the NHL Ownership or GM level will not be considered unless they are out of the position for at least 2 seasons.
No, it’s 2 full seasons removed from being a free contract at the NHL level. You were an owner s38, means s39 & s40 would be your 2 seasons of ineligibility.
