Series x/s unexpected errors ?
Please complain in this forum so they know this is a real issue and can fix it.

Thanks for the thread. I hope this gets acknowledged. Beyond frustrating.

 

BTW if they suggest you get an external hard drive, I have heard that it does not fix it either. I do not have a series X myself, but that is what I have heard.

 

Externals must be HDD. My SSD is still giving me the error.

 

Can you confirm the external HDD is giving you no issue?

Ever since I heard to copy the game over to an External HDD I've stopped getting unexpected errors, so can confirm it's better. On the internal SSD with the Series X I was getting a ton of errors entering games and during games, seems to be fixed now. Don't believe it's happened once to me since then

I bought a 128gb USB stick off of amazon for $20 (External HDD needs to be 128gb or bigger). Seems to be working thus far. Probably the cheapest fix as of now.

Don't you love a "potential" fix? Like when I take my car in for repair and they tell me it will be "potentially" safe to drive after.
