STREAMING GAMES LIVE FOR BROADCAST PURPOSES

Hey folks! Thanks to everyone during the playoffs who have been able to stream the games and give us in the media, a chance to re-stream and call the games. We really appreciate it!!

Just a few things I wanted to mention if you will be streaming to help us out in the Finals and moving forward for the IHL season and S3 coming up. Here is what we need from you in order to use your stream:

• Link to your stream (Obvious, right? Would like to get it at least 15 minutes before the game)
  
• All music must be turned off. In-game, menu, arena, streaming music, whatever
• Master volume maxed
• Game sounds on 10
• Game commentary off
• Arena Announcer on 5
• Crowd sounds on 7
• Goal horn 5
• Don't press X (tell your team)
• Turn off all subscriber notifications/banners/lower thirds/graphics/pop-ups/etc
• Color player indicators on for both teams (NEW ADDITION!!)

Again, we really appreciate all the cooperation from you folks in helping the Media Team be able to bring you more of these broadcasts. Its really fun for us and we hope you enjoy it!!

Are these settings still necessary? Taking away the menus music is very boring and I always enjoy the commentary.

Also I like the gray icons to better distinguish my players.

 

This is just if we are going to use your stream to call a game. Otherwise have it set however you want.

 

Meh I stream Becuase I choose to. Turning off all the commentary and music seems a little much. It's not like we get anything for providing our stream to the site. Give something for us streamers and maybe we will follow the guidelines. I stream in 1080p so that should be good enuf lol

 

This format was for game calling purposes...... Moranda and Tsibs call the live stream as if they were the play by play and color commenatator. Super cool to have esentially a "Doc Emrick" talk specifically about players in the game. You can set your stream up however you want, but if it were to be called this is the format they asked for.

 

Oh okay got yeah. I skimmed thru it at work. Re read it. Makes sense. Sorry for my misguided comments. Cool idea.

 

Tsibs all my games will now be broadcast in this format

 

Where do we find this option?

 

It should be in the settings menu for visual once your in the EASHL page, it can't be done from the main page settings.
