Came across this last night when I was playing a HUT game, and figured I would share with the rest of the community that didn't know this option was there like me until last night. When the game is paused, go into the option for "Team Strategies/Lines". If you notice at the bottom, you can hit the "Y" button and it will replace your starting goalie with the back-up. When you go back in, the back-up has replaced the starter. EA says there is no such thing as Ice Tilt but we all know that once your goalie gives a quick goal or two up that he lets softies in the rest of the game. This is a good fix to that problem if you have a serviceable back up in the middle of a game.
