Lol thanks for the kind words... Tbh the NHL wasn't kind to me, but that's what happens when you stack your first line to keep them all happy and playing for you, i think no one can argue that I did the opposite of scrub hunting and instead of playing myself with the better players to pad my stats I threw myself on the 3rd line and suicided myself when the avails called for it, have a look for yourself at our schedule and who I played prior to the trade deadline if you don't believe me lol (to any haters/doubters)... Overall team record > personal stats... But it was definitely an experience, the pandemic wasn't kind to us unfortunately

The NHL was....an experience. I definitely feel like I can compete here, but my issue is, I’m not really a player you can just plug with guys I’ve never heard of or played with before (No disrespect to those I played with). Being on Vancouver and playing on the 3rd line was fine, I started to build chem with King Saffy and after asking DRB not to let Manning be the one to trade me, as there is some bad blood there from last season. It happened anyways, being traded to the Islanders and once again playing with guys I’ve never played with and don’t play anywhere near the way I prefer to play, it just never worked, and then again being traded to the Ducks, where...rinse and repeat.

Being someone who has no problem getting on the game and grinding 6s/building some form of chemistry. You just don’t really see much of that here. I’m not nearly good enough to be able to carry a line or really even take over a game. I am good enough and have the hockey sense to read cuts and give other guys good looks. Which is entirely chemistry based.

Not sure what I’m doing next season, I’m doing well in ESHL and enjoying that, so it kind of takes the “need” to do well in LG down a notch a bit. Probably just end up signing up and letting the LG gods put me through the ringer again.
