No one will let you know if you're in. You have to stay active and play exhibitions in NCAA (and any other games with LG members that you have) when it comes out. Participate in discussions, etc.

Illini, coached by a great recruiter who can't seem to win with the talent he can recruit. Is the > for greater than? I don't know how the Big Ten season will turn out, though I would wager that Illinois won't be in the top three. Wisconsin is a solid team that played a weak schedule. Ohio State was obviously overrated compared to the rest of the country last year as was Michigan. They'll retool, rebuild. Illinois is still a year away from being a Big Ten title contender in my mind.

I'm a homer, but I don't think OSU will win the Big Ten title this year. I'll go with:

Michigan (they get Penn State and the Buckeyes at home)
Wisconsin (Michigan at home but at Ohio State, they'll lose at least one)
    Ohio State
    Penn State
    Illinois
    Iowa
    Michigan St.
    Purdue
    Minnesota
    Northwestern
    Indiana

My moneys on Indiana. Think about it, it's a movie waiting to happen. Coach died and the team pulls together for one miracle season. :)

Yeah but you actually have to have some sort of talent level to begin with to rise above your means. Indiana is a basketball school, always will be. I went with the wife to IU for their game against the Buckeyes a couple season back. It was fantastic, like a home game really. "O-H-I-O" around the four corners of their stadium. That coach was pissed off like you wouldn't believe.

Michigan's d was robbed of most of their players and osu was picked apart losing most of their key players....I don't know if Wisconsin will lose either. Last year I would've agreed with you and said they'd lose both, but not this year. Badgers are gonna take home the championship this season.

The fundamental difference between Ohio St/Michigan and teams like Penn St./Wisconsin is that the Buckeyes and Wolverines reload, the others have to rebuild. This could be their year, I just don't see them winning against UM at home and winning in Columbus in the same season.

Solid but not a perennial contender. Winning a BCS bowl this year could go a long way to changing that though. Two weeks to go!

Hey guys. I am going to have to bow out of the NCAA league. I just realized I am in 3 different pay leagues for NCAA 08 and need to concentrate on those. I am sure I will see you all for madden.

Anyone can play football in perfect weather with a trickle of rain being the primary weather concern. Try playing where its so cold your junk freezes in between every possesion.

I'm new to this site and honestly I only notice like two of you guys from other leagues in the past. I remember Jeffrey and Jigged Out but I don't know if you guys remember me or not. Anyways I'd like to be considered for the next ncaa season, I'm reliable and all that and I'm only looking to be in one league this year.
