Thread for discussing recently played games...

This league is for fun. The moment you get upset at losing a game or something the league loses its value. This league is to have fun compitition, sure you wanna win but fun is the first thing you want in an online gaming league. So if you are saying I can't mess around a little than I don't know why you are in the league.

 

Actually from I understand most here (myself and jon i know for sure) are her to win and then have fun second. This is isnt some old fart bowling leauge this is meant to be some hard though competition. Atleast thats why i am here. If these leauge was for pure fun and cheese than i would have already left and i also would be more relaxed while playing some of you (major junk game especially). Well anyways i think you and many others have the wrong idea about the leagues here because as i said I AM HERE TO WIN not to get together socialize and have fun... I have other friends in real life and on xbox for that. Just my opinion however.

 

Well, I'm here to have fun and make some new friends. Yea, winning is cool....but no use in crying when you lose. I love football, I love gaming. This is perfect. I am just here to have fun.

 

i agree mp. I expect someone to give 100% even if they are losing, and in return i will always give 100% back. I wouldnt have ran the score up on you but you started being a baby about it so thats why i was throwing the ball to my wide open recievers.

 

Like i said... these are not "for fun" leagues... atleast it was my understanding from talking to everyone that they werent. If they are i might as well leave because if someone starts punting in on 1st down in a game of mine im going to quit right then and there.

 

no need for you to quit mp, he is the commish of our league he needs to be setting examples.

 

Well, if these leagues are not for fun than maybe I should leave. Nothing I hate more than people trying to suck out the fun in video games.

 

Dude... i go play catch in my backyard and play fall ball for fun... i sign up for spring ball to kick some @$$ and lay a pounding on everyone. Catch my drift?

 

suck out the fun? Don't you think someone ruining a game by punting and tossing the ball to my special teams players is sucking out the fun? I'm done posting about this, i would rather just see you be a man about your losses.

 

Well, no crap...I play football in real life. I play football on the xbox for fun. Thats my drift. Football on the xbox for me is to have fun, mess around, go for big plays. I play football, so when I'm playing online I just look for fun.

 

It is called a lateral. Why would I want Rabih Abdulla to run the ball if Peterson is behind him? Not my fault he tossed it after Peterson ran around him.

 

i play hockey for my high school but that doesnt mean that i dont care about playing hockey online. Apathy is an excuse for sucking, so play for real next time that is all that i ask.

 

Ok then why play league football??? Why not just stick to exhibition games. I go play Big Red for fun...I come battle it out with xboxjon for a battle of nfl2k4 skills... Does that work better for you?

 

no shit it is a lateral but i dont call it a lateral when i have 3 guys around you and you hit my guys in the chest with the ball.

 

I didn't mean to that time. that was the first time. I tried to do a double juke but I didn't let off the left trigger in time. That was a mistake. The secons when I had a guy behind me was purpose....just didn't work, but luckily I recovered it.

 

I like the scoreboards.....I think that adds to the fun. I don't know why I'm getting gang beaten here, if you guys want me outta the league just freakin ask....I don't need to be harassed.

 

No one is asking you to leave the league. We are just asking you give each game your all.

 

nobody wants you out of the league if you are going to try. You may think its fun but it really ruined any fun i was having when you started blowing the game like that. So just decide, do you want to try or do you want to ruin it for other people?

 

Not to mention it was the featured game... I would think you would take atleast some pride in playing that game as some people may never be in a "featured game".
