Inside The 18: DoX Thibeault - Interview done on 27FEB2019. On this edition of Inside the 18 we travel to Leicester to talk to a LGFA mainstay. This player has played in 12 seasons in the League. He holds 15 records, including most shots on target in a season as well as the all-time scorer at the Philadelphia Union. DoX Thibeault! Prince: Welcome to IT18. So 12 seasons in the LGFA. What is it about this league that keeps bringing you back year in and year out? DoX Thibeault: Brings back the feeling of Vifa. I always come back to try and help the league grow. I love that managers have to be somewhat methodical in giving contracts and winning players in bidding. Also helps that Brisan has become the backbone of LGFA. He’s a great veteran that knows the community and has really seen it all. He listens to the community and gives us what we want. Prince: DoX this season you were won in bidding by Liverpool F.C. a whopping $7,000,000 bid. And you ended up here in Leicester via a tramsfer request. What led to you asking for a transfer and ultimately ending up here? DoX Thibeault: 7 million is a bargain for my talent. I was actually forced out by Pavard. I’m Allen Iverson but for fifa...I don’t practice because I’m not a bum. Won’t be a Leicester player for long either. Prince: Whoa! So would you like to tell us how Pavard x21 forced you out, or why rather? And is there anything you'd like to address exclusively here on Inside The 18 about your future with Leicester? DoX Thibeault: They said practice would be mandatory and I told him to find a new striker. He immediately stop putting me in the starting 11. I then requested and trade and got him a league warning for not playing me. I would like to thank the Leicester management for letting me play. They have a good group of players but still need to fix the defense. Shoutout to The gk Twit, he’s insanely good and carries the team. Prince: Now do you plan on moving on from Leicester? You did make it sound like that. DoX Thibeault: A trade is pending league approval from my understanding. Prince: Alright DoX Thibeault.
