To Stockton: Going to attempt to clear the air...

im sure im enemy #1 on stockton right now, and i understand why you all are upset (i would be too). but id like to try and explain what happened. i know its hard to believe some random nerd over the internet but im going to try anyway.....


Axey asked for the full time at 10:30pm. i said ok. then at 10:40 he asked for 2min, i said ok. it was then 10:45pm with no challenge sent and the guys on Utica had to leave, so i sent axey a message saying we are taking a FF win.

Here's the last message i sent axey explaining what happened:





"I understand you guys are upset. I was the only one wanting to wait and play. I hate forfeits. You asked for 2min and I said ok. It was 10:45 and we didn't get a challenge. The guys on my line had work in the morning. We gave you an extra 3min after you asked for 2min. I honestly would have waited whatever amount of time it took for you guys. I asked them to wait and they couldn't. Again I hate forfeits, I wanted to play."





I told Mackie in management chat before all of this went down that id rather lose than take a forfeit (can send a screenshot for proof if needed. no bullshit here. taking a FF win on week 2 is fucking AIDS). I wasn't trying to dodge, if anything i like playing against better players, its the only way id get better at the game. ask Mackie, i ASK to play against the better lines. forfeit wins are cheesy, if i had it my way i would have waited all night for you guys to get ready. i asked about rescheduling the game but apparently that cant happen now. i know its easy to point the finger at me since i was one who sent the message saying we are taking the FF win. 3 or 4 of the guys who were in that game on Utica had to leave due to work in the morning. i kept asking them to wait...but they couldn't. If i wouldn't have taken the forfeit,i would have had to find 3/4 ECUs, i hope you all can understand why i wasn't going to do that. All i did here was go by the rule book...


i believe i added everyone in this message who was in the 10:30 game. if i missed someone i apologize, id appreciate it if you sent this to them.

ask around, i'm really not this scum bag you are making me out to be. if you all still feel this way after reading this then so be it.

Lol, the rules could state, "No Forfeits are eligible to be taken", and that group of individuals will still try to get a free pass.

 

@Joonetic is a stand up guy. If his players would wait I don' blame him for taking the FF. It' a shame how it went down but this was the 3rd game of the night. How hard is it to start on time or even 15 minutes late.

 

Shouldn’t need to reschedule. Should have had an ecu ready to go. If your player fucked you and bailed, that’s still on the management. You can’t keep waiting until someone decides to show up. If my guys say we can’t/
aren’t going to wait anymore, then forfeit it is. You don’t need to clear the air @Joonetic you did your job.

Have your lines ready on time and this shit won't happen. Stop pushing blame onto others. It's childish. If you're not ready on time or don't have an ECU on hand, you're the ones being rude and inconsiderate. It was generous of @Joonetic to agree to time above and beyond the ten minutes required by the rules.

Getting pissy at Utica just shows a distinct lack of class and character. Suck it up, have ECU's available and be ready on time in the future.
