I agree taking FF are dumb and I am not for them. But with that said I will not sit in the dressing room15 minutes past game time on the late games. I get up at 4am for work Monday through Friday so if a team cant get there within the 15 minutes after game time I'm telling my manager to replace me or take the FF because I'm going to bed.

Half the time this happens is because someone scheduled themselves in a game or PS4 game on the half hour before Xbox LG. NOT SMART

If someone has a work related issue all they usually have to do is give the other team a heads up and they will usually wait. Making the other team show up on time and wait is what causes FF’s usually. People are very impatient.

Show up on time or have an ecu ready. It’s pretty simple really. We all have a life outside LG and shouldn’t have to wait for people that are 15+ minutes late. Some people have to go to work/school early in the morning.

They could just reschedule I mean last season extra time was 10:50. They sent the challenge at 10:45pm and the NEW rules state that “Gentlemen’s Agreement” shit.

We got screwed over in the playoffs last season because of specific wording to the rules and we didn’t really complain about it. We just wanted specific clarification of the rules because the wording could of went both ways.

Playing a NHL ecu game is not an excuse not to take a forfeit. Shouldn’t have let the player play in the game. It’s not that hard and some might say common sense to not allow a player to play a 10pm game when they have a game at 10:30.

THE NEW RULE IS:

• 3.3 Additional Time. Changed; additional time is NO LONGER considered 10 minutes. It has been adjusted to 5 minutes. Therefore the nightly game process goes as follows: official game time 9-10-11 - five minute buffer 9:05-10:05-11:05 - additional time 9:10 - 10:10 - 11:10. Therefore 11 minutes PAST official game time is when a forfeit is taken. If additional time is NOT required, six minutes past official game time is WHEN a forfeit is taken. Keep in mind when two teams enter a "gentleman's agreement" and wait longer than the listed times above, a forfeit is INELIGIBLE to be taken.

10:39 + 2 minutes = 10:41, which is the league issued forfeit time. According to the staff, agreeing to wait until the forfeit time is the same as agreeing to a gentlemans agreement, so whatever, but if you guys HAD AN ECU THERE READY TO GO, you probably should've sent it on time.

There was no gentlemans agreement, Joon just agreed to wait until the leagues timing. Take a lap.

 

It was 10 seconds AFTER 10:39 lol therefore leaving the 2 mins to expire 10 seconds after your made up 11 min forfeit cut off(it’s actually 10). Haha It’s done Mackie, give it up man. Let’s get the reschedule going.

You were 100% right to take the FF. Games need to start on time for the better of the league. If the other team needs 15 mins to be ready, they’re the one to blame, not you.
