Trade System Addition - Reason why you rejected a trade

I've added 2 small additions to the trade manager system, this is for every single league at LG and not just LGHL.

1. Now when you see a trade in your front office, there is a "chat" icon beside reject, if you click that you can enter a reason why you rejected this trade.

This is to help communication between teams, it seems a lot of people still send trades blindly, so now this might help future unsolicited trades as the proposing team will know why you rejected it without having to pm them.

2. Any trade you reject, that team will get an alert. If you enter a reason, they will see the reason why of course.
