once I figure out how to upload the video to youtube, I will post my incredible putt on the first hole. By incredible I mean from 10 ft away to off the green with a long chip back.
Yea I didnt like the fact that the 510 yard par 4 into 13 mph wind after 2 perfect shots with a driver and a 3 wood I still had 60 yards in smh. Who picks these?
Are you talking about the 11th hole, Gringo? I didn't mind that one. Actually liked the course in general, even though I had a few struggles out there. It's definitely a place where you need some practice rounds to know where to play your shots.
We did not. My goal with the variety was not to play somewhere we've been this season. I have no issue returning to a course we've played, though.
Choked in the last round, im sure some1 is gonna make me pay for it. I no shit lipped out 10 putts. I was hoping to post around 40 under going into last round, but putting can make and break you here.
Here is the video I wrote about earlier
Why do u putt like that? I never move the yellow marker, I always judge my distance by what it says and has never failed me.
Lots of people have different theories for putting in golf. Take a look at Sergio's putting grip and tell me that's not goofy as all hell, but it works. Same thing with Billy Mayfair, the dude has made a boatload of money over many many years by Slicing his putts (albeit, he has gone away from that recently). Different Strokes.....literally.
I've always putt that way, ever since the Tiger Woods games. I'm actually usually pretty good with distance control, but that putt got away from me. And yes, I did smack it way too hard.
I used to only move the marker left/right and then changed up how hard to hit the ball based on slope but ever since I started moving the marker closer on downhill putts and further on uphill putts, it has made putting so much easier. It almost feels like your margin for error is durastically bigger which helps.
