For not putting pictures in properly and manually inputting stats. I only got 1 picture from the game I was suspended for and I put it up. I am sure others are not liking the OCR deal so expect to see more suspensions in the coming weeks unless something is changed. I feel bad for everyone cause nobody intentionally didn't put pictures I am pretty sure.

 

I like how not one of them decided to issue a warning about it either. There just like "No pictures? 1st time doing something wrong? And I have ALL this power... May as well drop a suspension"

It has nothing to do with the power, it has to do with the rules. They are clearly written in the constitution and are not that hard to follow.

Iron Stub is nice enough to call you up for an AHL game and you fuck him over by not taking stats properly.... why dont you just go shit on his face while you're at it? lol

 

Its pictures, I think if the stats are put up right away and the GM's confirm that there the correct stats then we shouldn't have to take pictures.

 

I understand about the pictures and such. I just think that there should be no OCR or that and it should be both teams are responsible for stats.

Home team gets their team stats & game stats
Away team gets their team stats

And just have it so we can put the pictures up to show proof but still manually input stats.

 

People lie. Pictures do not.

 

Mine wasn't not liking mine was simply not having anybody willing or able to take stats, it's a simple fix, won't happen again from Hartford that's for sure.

 

Hence why I said GM's.

You lack to acknowledge the fact that I mean the GM's of both teams...

 

GMs can edit stats whenever they feel like. I can go back and edit stats from game 1 and give me 1 more assist than I received. Where is your proof that I am wrong? No pics, no one in the game to proof.

 

Hey look there's an idea for Tris. He made an OCR system I'm sure he can make it so when both GM's confirm the correct stats in a game, you can't go back and edit them.

 

First off, if you read the rules, after the winning team puts the pics in it IS both GM's responsibility to make sure stats are done and correct.

Also, after stats are put in everyone gets notified to confirm stats, most people pay little attention to it. It was talked about before this season and merger about this being done (both teams just confirming it) but that means both tams have to stay in the game, wait for one team to enter stats and then confirm it after its done, so it would take twice as long. Lets be real, most would just click "ok" as long as a the score is right. I'm pretty sure Tris doesn't want any other lessor options and provided a simple way of manually uploading pics as proof if you want to put them in manually.

I call BS that in today's world that so many don't have a phone that can't take a picture, a digital camera, etc ,etc. Then can't figure out to upload it on to the CPU and then click an upload button on site. There's grade schoolers out there who are teaching old people like me how to do these things (although I've learned everything myself by reading and common sense). I think the biggest problem here is close minds and the simplicity of saying "I can't do it". Relax, ask questions and see the light, open your minds and knowledge will set you free

 

I'm not saying that its hard to do. I can do it, I just think if you go to someone respectfully and tell them "Hey man, you forgot to take pictures for stats in your game. Next time we will have to suspend you as a form of punishment" instead of just suspended right off the bat.

 

Is it a coincidence that this new precedent is only being set after Active sent the people here? You can argue that in today's world everyone should have their shining neat flaming little shit. However, the league wouldn't have done this before the people were herded here. It's one or two people deciding what's best for the league now that they have the power to do so. What's hasd success in the past is what will be continued in the future; that's the "mission statement" for this year's LG, right?

When did manually inputting stats become a problem that needed to be fixed?
