well now waiting for the mlb team selection i wondered upon this thread... Played NFL2k1 back in the Dreamcast days... and was looking for my old comrades.. and I went to dricasworld where alot of them were at and found the site looking like a ghost town.... Well I dont remember exactly if it was a mixmastermike post or me looking for some league and ranking sites for NFL2k4 that I wondered upon this site, THen I saw Denman's user name and there was guy I knew used that name which wasnt denman... but denman said to get involved .... so... im here... Never seen a league site run so well ... and have members that was committed to the leagues.. :wink:
I knew Tris from team Silver from the MotoGP league, and I remember that Tris, Woob, and I came up with the idea to make this site happen. It was initially supposed to have a front page, and even a place to buy Xbox stuff from Studica.com, but that was eventually scrapped. So in short, I was here from day one. One of the few and proud founders of the site...though my part was very minimal. PROOF: I was the 3rd person (2nd really) ever to register for this site...right after Tris. I think it was back during the good ol mgp team silver days where tris and i challenged each other to a series in hockey ( stars vs leafs ) and eventually that led to him creating a whole freakn league. Man that was soooo long ago.
Yeh it does seem like a long time ago and a long ways away, from the play your series whenever you want to an organized schedule.
wow im in #92 (in the top 100). ever since that day i joined LG, there is no dull moment. i give my appreciation to jon who talked to TheDestroyer to give up the canucks so that they will be my team. the reason, my email, my aim, and my gametag obviously speak that im one of the diehard fans of the canucks.
While I was playing Top Spin as a member of The Top Spin Society, another member, JMarks2001, told me about Links and this website with all the awesome stat tracking. Didn't even need to see the game, I knew this site would satisfy my craving for stats and replace my fantasy sports fetish. LOL Been here hooked ever since.
well.. i have been told about this site by like 10 differnt people to sing up here... and i never did cause i didnt need to... then late one night (about a week ago) i was bored and socalguy told me about it... so i signed up and just posted cause i LOVE Espn hockey on live... but still havent gotten in and i know its hard to... i guess i came from what u guys call "That site" but i didnt come from it, i still am active on both urs and theres Just hope i get in a league soon cause i dont know how much longer i can just post on these forums about nothing...
