Happy Birthday dude, have you told the locals any good jokes yet? If you need some ammo, i'm sure we could accomodate.
Currently in Krakow Poland. Today i visted Auschwitz, for you who don't know a tihng about history, that was a Nazi death camp where an estimated 1.5million people were killed. It was definitly moving, they had rooms that were just filled with thousands and thousands of pairs of shoes, suitcases (with addresses on them) , bags and bags of humain hair. The second camp was their "bigger camp", it's pretty messed up because when everyone would get off the train, the SS doctors would select around 20-25% of the people they demmed "fit" for work in the factory's or for experinment would be moved to one line, the other 70-75% would told they were going to mass showers, they were actually just gas cambers. They would lock them down in there, release the gas, wait for around 15-20mins, then after they were all death, take anything they could use (gold teeth, hair) and move all the dead bodies to the infurno next door. Very very moving, all i can say is everyone should be thankful for the lives we live! You really don't understand until you actually see this!
I really don't think I could ever visit Auschwitz. I would just be overcome with emotion, probably break down and cry. I'm not Jewish, but just knowing what occured there. Knowing the horror. If you don't know much about Auschwitz or the Holocaust, pick up the book "Night". It's a really short book, but one of the most graphic and moving depictions of concentration camps.
