I ordered Cubs tickets yesterday. They were a pain in the ass to get though, they are selling like hotcakes....but most teams tickets do right when they go on sale. Here is what I got: June 30 vs :bhou: July 1 vs :bhou: July 20 vs :bstl:
lol there was an internet sale last week at 8 am est for jays tickets. so i put my alarm clock for 7 50 , turned on my pc and got tickets.
Yea, Cubs tickets went on sale yesterday morning at 8. I did the same but it took a while to get into the "room" to buy tickets because of all the traffic, and when I did get in they were all sold out. Ohh well.
thats why you guys should just buy some season tickets. Game # 1-81 for the Angels at home, 5 tickets.....1 for each of the family members, then one extra one for bringing friends along.
not everyone is rich like you. actually you can get season tickets for jays for $81 per person. i wouldn't have the time to go see them everyday cause it takes me like 40 min to go into downtown toronto
I can't believe the Cincinnati Reds home opener sold out in 16 minutes. A new record for the Reds. Very surprising considering the team they will be fielding this year.
That's an accomplishment for the Reds lol....maybe even the higlight of their season. We have tickets as I already stated to all of the Angels games, and we just bought tickets to the Dodgers opening 3 game series vs the :bsd: on the 5th-8th in L.A, so they still have tickets availible...Reds before Dodgers...whats going on here
Season tickets are stupid, why buy tickets to all the games when I wouldn't even be able to go to over 1/2 of them. It would be cool but work and all that crap would make it very tuff. So I usually go to see them play teams in the division.....xcept :cinnr: or :bmil: because they are boring to watch.
You get 2 tickets for the enitre season and go in with about 3-4 friends and split them up. It will allow to see around 26 games (1 game a series) a year and you take whomever you want when it's your night to go. That is what I used to back in the 80's with the Dodgers when my dad had season tickets. I got to see a lot of Dodgers games back then -- including Gibson's homer in Game 1 of '88 WS. That is what I would suggest.
I have Wild season tickets, and I can't take it anymore. I am finding excuses not to go, I love hockey, but you just need a brake. I go every game.
