Your 0-8 record of getting carried to the cup by Montreal is pretty impressive, I'll have to try sucking next time I'm in the NHL playoffs.

 

You should get your facts straight. I was 2-5-1, big difference. If you look deeper, since you tried to do research and failed, I played with a different line every game of those playoffs. Kinda hard to have chemistry when everyone is different every time. You can even ask @I Beat Up Cakes if you want a reference. Also, went 7-0 on my way to a Calder Cup. Either way I'm not the one who couldn't win in the NHL and had to resort to taking AHL management just to be relevant again

Lolololol your 14 and garbage record down here in the AHL is pretty impressive. New game must be treating you nicely. As for me being in the AHL I have my reasons for being down here but you can speculate all you want as to what it is. I played in the most competitive seasons in the post LG era in the NHL and still take a dump on you. I also hit post to early cause fat fingers on my phone.

I bet most would argue that S18 was the most competitive season in AHL history. So don't come at me with your competitive seasons excuse. I edited my post probably 3 times before you actually responded. Plus I hit enter by accident so I didn't have the chance to edit any mistakes that are common with a phone. Let's see season 18... I was in the NHL, you know being relevant. Then summer season comes and poof your an NHL player. Talent evaporates quickly every season you were just another one of those guys who benefitted from a depreciating talent pool. If I wanted to waste my time scrub hunting I wouldn't have played only good teams. So you'll have to try harder than that. Ill give you that you won some cups. Congratulations, wanna impress me? I got to be honest; the NHL isn't "being relevant" to be honest every time I've gone up there to play for Nashville (two of those being G call ups) the competition level has ALWAYS been lower than that of the AHL since back in VHL days. Saying something like "I was in the NHL being relevant" is just stupid. 50% of the D and Gs I've seen in the NHL are worse than some AHL teams 3rd lines. Like they could play on Hartford 3rd line. @Kirito x58

Anybody who's played in this league knows the NHL is mostly about who know. It's all washed up egotistic shitters up there now tbh, the guys who go "I don't know this owner I won't play here" kind of douche bags. I've personally always choosen the AHL (aside from the last season of VHL when @Craig B x91 offered me a spot and I didn't care enough to even do what I was given the spot to do) and it will always be that way.

 

By being relevant you mean going 1-3 in the playoffs. Now that I'm looking at it, you have a losing record in the NHL playoffs as well. Also, didn't play in the NHL until S20 (spring season), which yes, the league was depleted of talent then, but has it really recovered? Half the players who are considered to be top talent quit this season because they couldn't play because the lag was too bad. I didn't even want to play in the NHL that season. I was literally the last bid, but I'll just make sure to win my games, which is all I can control.

I do have a losing record in the playoffs, I've never played my best hockey in that time I regret to say, which is unfortunate as I could have been a real difference in those playoff runs had I performed better. That said I only fact check if I think I could lose an argument about something, trading words with some randy bo dandy doesn't worry me enough where I should actually check to see if half the bullshit I'm spewing is accurate. I just briefly skim your profile look at stuff, find appealing things to bait you further into a argumentative state, have a nice laugh and enjoy some tea and crumpets like the british person I'm not. But seriously, I don't care you came in throwing the shots, I'm just here for the giggles.

 

Playing in the NHL now, and playing back when LG first merged, is a huge difference, that said I don't disagree with you, but you did play with nashville. Did they even see a top line besides MVP scrub hunting?
