1000th sign up Reached!!!

Glad to see over 1000 sign up for the S17 we will have an amazing season coming up and i cant wait to get it started !!! We can congrats ourself for making this dream becoming a reality !! See you soon !!

Interesting statistic. 510 of those 1,000 players will be on NHL rosters. If a CHL is in the making, we'll need 500 more sign ups.

 

the sign ups are coming in at a good pace as we can see right now, I think we can reach 1500 right before the season starts.

 

Not necessarily, the CHL doesn't have to be 30 teams of 17 players. They'll use the numbers they have.

 

CHL will be 18 teams. So that being said.. (under the assumption we're skating 17 players, somewhere I read 18 but whatever)

30 NHL x 17 = 510
30 AHL x 17 = 510
18 CHL x 17 = 306

All we need is 1326, so let's round up and say 1350 to account for accidental/duplicate/stupid/noshow signups. Easily attainable with a month left to go. And the promotional efforts haven't even kicked into full drive yet.

 

The CHL for this first season is planned out to be 16 teams as of now guys based on predicted signups

IMO, 1400 is the # we should be aiming for w/ blacklists, retires, and no shows

 

Need more than that cause the def numbers are way to low

 

we need at least 360 dmen for every nhl and ahl team to have 6 each.

 

It might have been already decided or discussed before but i would like to know if there is 30 NHL and AHL teams with only 16 CHL teams then what i wonder is how affiliated teams will work specially for the call-ups and send downs

Organizations will have players that belong to them, like real life, but those players will play for unaffiliated CHL teams. So my organization (NJD) could have players on the London Knights, Quebec Ramparts, Regina Pats, St. Johns Seadogs, etc. (I think the CHL is going to be all QMJHL though, I just dont know enough of those teams off the top of my head)

Are we just going with 16 teams simply from estimated projections then? Just want to keep open clarification, not that two teams really make a difference as far as logistics are concerned. Just curious really.

Lol Penguin my bad, Brodie has been telling me 16 but I see he corrected himself, so we will go with 18 then

 

Teams from the CHL will not be directly linked with an above club just the players. Players from different parent clubs will be on the same CHL team.
