2 Questions About Up 1. Will we be allowed to stick in starting pitchers to releive the current starter or will be forced to use our bullpen? 2. In the case of a connexion drop what have you guys decided on?
1. I would say since HR's do come fairly easy in the game then starters would be allowed. 2. And as far as connection drop if a game gets 5 complete innings then the game will be considered complete to the last completed inning. So if a disconnect happens in the bottom of the 7th the score at the end of 6 is what counts. If a disconnect happens before 5 innings is complete then it will need to be rescheduled. This rule was based off of the MLB Rain-out rule. edit: The answer to #2 was posted in the Annoucement thread
well its all good...im not really for being able to use starters but it just gunna really screw you guys up when i have maddux...then paul byrd and then smoltz to finish up
hahaha, I said that because I have hit two in a game with Edgar Rentaria before along with like 5 other HRs during the game. And when the cleanup hitter gets up from any team there is always a HR threat no matter how you hit it. But that does mean you have to hit the strikes and watch the balls like your suppose to do. And I am sure that it won't be 13-0 in the season opener. There is no way I will leave Morris in that long when the game counts.
