Media "8 Then Skate" with PieR Talent

I was able to sit down with AHL Rochester American GM @PieR Talent and have him discuss whats been real, what's been fun, and what hasn't been real fun about LG this season.

Without further ado,

1) Malice- As always, tell us your personal story about how you found out about LG?

PieR Talent- I really used to be into twitch and a streamer by the name of forthepacks told me about LG and the day I found out about it I started living for it.


2) Malice- What, if anything, are you most excited about in regards to this current season?

PieR Talent- Honestly I'm most excited about next season I can't wait to start season 27.


3) Malice- What other video games do you enjoy playing besides hockey?

PieR Talent- I enjoy playing Minecraft and For Honor but I really live for NHL.


4) Malice- What (If any) have been the highlight moments of your LG experience?

PieR Talent- The highlight of my LG career thus far has been giving up 12 goals to San Antonio this season with the one and only Mrmalice25. //MrMalice- ""


5) Malice- To anyone that doesn't know, how about explaining the bizarre situation you had occur this season between you and your NHL Owner?

PieR Talent- Well this season I had the pleasure to deal with Savard. He essentially made me make 2 rosters this season because he took almost everything I had. Honestly even though it was a shitty situation and had me contemplating retirement night after night I'll take the life lesson out of it. Money allows you to do whatever you want.


6) Malice- We are about the halfway point of season 26, how about giving us 1 pick from the Eastern and Western Conferences that you really feel have a chance to make a serious run at the Calder Cup?

PieR Talent- So in terms of the Calder. There's a lot of competitive teams out there. However I think right now if I were to predict the Calder Cup I'd have to say Hershey versus Iowa. Hershey is a really strong team with really strong overall core they can score, defend, and have 2 pretty strong goalies. However I think that Iowa wins it. They had a great support system from thier NHL team providing them with some great draft picks and players. Overall I believe Iowa is the dark horse of the AHL and has what it takes to win it all.


7) Malice- Random question, what are your thoughts on some of the people that have quit this season?

PieR Talent- My thoughts on quiting in general. I 100% respect anyone that really has personal issues to take care of managing is honestly just baby sitting adults. But for those that just quit because there teams are shit . My owner for example, I know for a fact that he quit because he knew he f*cked up. If you f*ck up recover from it. I've never had a successful team and I've contemplated quitting several times. If I've stuck around I'm sure you quitters can to. I have quit the PS4 side because I just couldn't handle 2 leagues. Call me PieR Quitter as some of you do but it was just something I couldn't handle.


8) Malice- And my closing question, would you rather have FriiskyBeaver or WavyMoney as your goalie?

PieR Talent- Honestly Friskys and I made up. He quit as my manager we worked it out we are on good terms. However Wavymoneyteam is my favourite goalie. He is arguably the best goalie in NHL 17. I wonder if he enjoys dropping the soap in jail though.
