I swear sometimes I'm just so damn inpatient. Anyway to make a long story short I ordered a Tony Stewart playseat (pics below) from Joe Gibbs Racing's website May 29th. Well I was informed from someone @ Playseat's that it would be atleast another 30 days before they are actually ready release them and that it was more of a pre-order type thing. So I was gonna call and cancel that order but the only day I get off early enough to do that are Fridays so I planned on doing that tommorow. In the meantime impatient me order the Black Playseats Evolution off of eBay for the same price as you can get it though Amazon. Well today I come home and have a Fedex package on the front porch. It was from Arie Luyendyk (Former Indy 500 Champion, bigtime former racer) and it included my Tony Stewart Playseat. I remembred reading about Arie being a big spokesperson now for Playseats in the US, so as soon as I saw his name I knew what it was. Just kinda suprised it came from Indianapolis. Anyway my other Playseat off of eBay will be in tommrow. And I have no use for it, so figured I'd give everyone here first dibs before I slap it on eBay. Playseat I'm Selling: Black Evolution Tony Stewart Playseat: Btw. Just a heads up to anyway whos looking to buy one. The steering wheel doesn't mount to well. That big ass table clamp gets way too much in the way & the plate it mounts to isn't thick enough to mount it real tight. I had to put a about a 2 inch small board under the bottom of the steering mount plate so I could tighten the wheel down enough so it doesn't move. Play seats has a adaptor to mount it better but it isn't available in the US yet. I'll probably take the lap mount off and bolt the wheel to plate. Sorry for the super long post.
Guess it'd help if I added that To LG members I'll take $225 plus Shipping. Only problem is after looking at trying to ship it somewhere, UPS according to the website won't ship anything that big. And Fedex's shipping numbers are in the triple figures.
Ya i figured the shipping would be death, I'm going to pm you a US shipping address that i want you to quote me shipping for. If it's over 50 bucks, ill just wait til i get my one from amazon
