changed name

hey everyone. i just want to inform you guys that i change my gamertag from the pitbulls to TRAINING DAY 85 i did this cuz i had this name for a while and it was time for a change.

 

How did you do that and keep your gamercore and everything? I am about ready for a change as well.

 

just go to edit profile and choose changer gamertag. u dont lose nothing. its 800 points though

it costs 800 Microsoft Points? that's quite a bit! I would change if GrandmasterB was available, but it wasn't 3 years ago. i doubt it is now.

 

yeah I knew that you can change your tag for only 800 microsoft points.. I have been bones56 since the beginning and will be to the end.. lol

 

Microsoft thankfully made the price high so people aren't likely to change their names on a whim. Otherwise, they could be even bigger arses than they are now and just change their name. Their rep would stay the same, but you wouldn't boot them from a room by just seeing their "new name".

I like that they chose to do it this way. That way you aren't stuck with a name forever, but you probably won't be changing it very often either

 

You could try. If it's not available, they'll tell you and nothing is lost.
