Community Vote : Delay Or Play?

Delay please it's so bad I can't even play honestly I'm thinking of quiting if it doesn't get better because it's a waste of time for me to get on and lag everynight and cost my team a win because of it

 

I have a Boz Clause named after me, what about you?

 

If the season is delayed will there be a retirement window and or a possible re-bidding?

 

Play, you're delaying something that is not in our control. This is EA's garbage game who had a months notice of button delay in hosts, YET STILL released the game with this issue. What possibly makes you think they will fix this in any reasonable amount of time?

If they came out and said Yes, we are working on a fix and are hoping for it to be fixed sometime in November/December, THEN MAYBE I could agree with delaying. Otherwise you're postponing the season for a indefinite amount of time which could screw players and management who made the commitment for the arranged time, not for something two months later.

 

Either play now and hope it gets fixed or wait two weeks and it's still not even fixed.

No point in delaying the league for something that will most likely not be fixed and of its that bad that you have to quit take the two season ban and come back during 17. If you stay with the league and help it grow you should be rewarded if it's that bad that you can't play take the ban if you're playing other than lg (like club) I'm pretty sure you can suck it up and play 3 more games a week.

Who the fuck wants to suck it up and play 3 games a week that will most likely not be fun. Idk about you but I took owner because I enjoy the league and having fun. Why the fuck would I waste countless hours every week for something that is more of a hassle then enjoyment.

 

Completely different feeling from players who get to show up to 3 games a week vs management and ownership that has to actually run the games and get people to show up.

Did I miss something? Has there been word from ea stating that they plan to address this issue soon?

Not sure why we would wait if they have not communicated that this is a priority.

 

Definitely need to ask the management what they feel like doing instead of the populous, as others have said. Maybe give them an opt out at this point because the commitment is now even more intense.

I think you play it out though. It's not getting fixed anytime soon.

 

Then you would likely see a significant amount of owners quit if you attempted to do re-bidding. That is an entire new can of worms that I do not think the league wants to see

No matter what "changes" are done other than continuing on as planned you are opening a can of worms that the league does not want to see. The longer something is drug on in the way EA deals with games the bigger chance of people losing interest in the game.

 

Honestly I think those of you who want to play should be the 1's hosting the lobbies ... all that your going to see moving forward with a season with delay on the home side Captain is people not signing up to home games ... its going to end up a forfeit-fest. Management has enough trouble scheduling lines for 9 games a week without the delay issue. Struggling through a season is not a solution to those who miss seeing their stats recorded

 

This is the only hockey game on the market and sometimes you have to go with what you got. Yeah it sucks but oh well, can't expect it to be perfect.
