I want to believe Kobe is innocent. He just seems like a really nice guy. I vote no and i hope the final decision is that he's innocent, even though i really hate the lakers!
there are too many coincidences... I voted yes, but with our great justice system the lawyer will say he is being tried just because he is black and that it had nothing to do with him sexually assaulting a girl. There will be a black (or any other basketball fan) juror who thinks kobe is awesome and will vote him innocent. Case closed.

Didn't he already admit to doing it? I think the case now is if he raped her, or if it was consensual.

that's what she's hoping for, he can't risk too much bad publicity, paying her off only makes him look more guilty. kind of a paradigm...
I'm with Indigo on this one. I'm sure his lawyers will play the race card like they did with OJ and he'll get off. Yes, he's innocent until proven guilty (beyond a reasonable doubt). But where there's smoke, there's fire. He's already admitted to having sex with her, now it's just a question of if he forced her after she said "no" or tried to leave, etc... which is tough to prove.
