You can use how many custom players as you like in a tourny, We think this is best because there's no real way we can control this, you could make 2 guys look the same with different stars.
You won't lose points, you'll miss out on the opportunity to gain points by missing that tournament though, so it's in your best interest to create a female character. A 3-skill, 14 star female can be created in ~90min flat. The hard part is that 4th skill (#1 rank and GS victory) but the 3-skills and 14 stars is horribly simple, especially if you've already gone through it with your male character(s).
lol, it may take YOU 90min... but it takes me longer than that i don't want to make this a big deal. i may create a female or just skip those tournaments.
Trust me, you guys are going to love Female tennis, it's a slower game so it's more of a chance for the weaker guys, i can't wait

All you have to do is go from sponser to sponser to get money, and trainer to trainer. It HONESTLY doesn't take longer than an hour to get to 3-14, it just takes forever to get to 4-14.
Exactly. Just keep switching sponsors and you'll have enough to do most of the trainings... I'm pretty sure you'll have to play one minor pro tourney to get your 3rd skill though (and unlock the TV promo challenge for your sponsor, another easy $50k). 3-14 is super easy, 4-14 is another story. Like Tris10 said, women's tennis is a totally different game, and a great change of pace. I'm loving it.
