Oblivion is one of my top 3 favorite 360 games. Morrowind couldn't really get into with it being so damn glitchy though it seemed like a pretty sweet game just got frustrated with it.

I understand Oblivion is a popular game, it just disappointed the heck out of me.

    Halo2 ( XBox )
    NHL 2K6 ( 360 )
    Gears of War ( 360 )
    Madden 06 ( 360 )

are the top 4 games I wish I had rented before buying as I would not have bought any of them.

I do agree that the controls are horrible and the game play is a little choppy.

I agree with your picks Rob.. except maybe GoW..

Madden 06 = best that was out at the time.. But not worth it compared to past installments

NHL 2k6 = Bought it for League Play, but not impressed with the game.

Halo2 = Bought it for League Play, sold it after season ended..

Gears of War= Bought it for League Play, Very Impressed with single player and impressed with online play but if there was no league.. I would have rented it and got my fix...

MLB 2k6 = Worse game ever !!.. Surprise others dont feel the same way.. Probably made it worse that they off'd their competition.. lol

NCAA 2004 or 05 = Can you say drop Passes galore.. cant remember which one .. They tried to tighten up the game because it was so wide open and failed.. ( i think it was 04 )

NFL2k2 = same reason as above.. horrible sequal to what got me started in online gaming..

NHL 2K6 (Xbox360) = Such a horrible game. Exact same as on the xbox1. Only bought it for league play.

I want to get Pinatia for my kids also. Not sure if they'll like it.

    Shame
videogame: I really like Rayman for the Dreamcast.
Movie: Gladiator. Not the Russel Crowe movie. This was a real cheesy boxing movie with Cuba jr before he was big. Still will watch if its on.

Yeah I watch Gladiator too. When I played football I wanted a mouthpiece that said "Black Death", it was cool to me.

Funny story, we were doing a funraiser one time selling domino pizza by the slice and Somebody had to dress up in the Noid suit.. One guy volunteered and he went around shaking hands and all that stuff.. but he started getting hot.. It's like 92 with humidity in the 100's (louisiana).. Anyways.. I volunteered to take his place.. So you get in this suit and it has oversized feet and oversized gloves and moving is slow..lol. Well the first couple of kids, no problem.. took the picture whatever..lol.. But the next kid was probably a 4 year old girl and she went to shake my hand and she pulled off my glove.. SHE started screaming and threw the glove at me.. She thought she pulled my hand off..lol.

That's all i got to say about that..

my cheap self tried to buy Barbie Horse Adventures for my g/f (i swear!) and found it its an Xbox collectors item that goes for about $100.

Oh and apparently grown women dont like it when you assume the only game they would like is a 4 year olds Barbie game.

I've almost bought Viva Pinata 4 times.

Bust-a-Move is by far my all time favorite game. Hagadaso!

I've found that the ladies like puzzle games and that sort of thing. I got the wife to play Halo when we were first going out, but she had a few to loosen up.

Also, if she likes PC games, the Sims is always a great way to go, or the Desperate Housewives game if she likes the show. Or you could break down and buy her a DS. I have yet to see a woman who didn't like Brain Age and some of those games.
