I'm surprised since pop mentioned that Vader wasn't truly evil that nobody mentioned Darth Sidious / The Emperor.

Also, Lord Voldemort has to be there.

Pinhead's a good one. The only thing I can really remember from those movies was the bloddy sex scenes, crazy stuff

How bout the old guy and that nutty baseball from the Phantasm movies?

Christopher Walken (Vincenzo Coccotti) - True Romance

He doesn't get a lot of screen time but his scene with Dennis Hopper is pure evil.

Man I remember watching Phantasm as a child. I stayed up half the night watching my door, waiting for 3 silver balls to show up.

Figured this thread deserved a bump

With Javier Bardem playing Anton Chigurh in No Country For Old Men

He was great as the psychopath hitman, the movie was great too, except for the crappy ending.

Havent seen There Will Be Blood yet but its safe to say we can add Daniel Day Lewis as well

Daniel Day Lewis in the Gangs of New York- just a gruesome dude.

Jason Issacs in The Patriot - Pretty heartless guy that's for sure... I cant see locking a group of people in a church and then burning them alive. I think if i was one of the guys in that regiment i would have accidently let my gun go off in his direction.

Rick Moranis in Spaceballs - Killed one of the camara crew, now top that...
