    This is why the league has so many dumb rules. Because at some point in time some asshole found a way to abuse the system and the league had to find a way to keep it from happening again.

    Funny thing is the Constitution gives the Commish the ability to intervene with this stuff: [MENTION=7097]BMCDONALD19[/MENTION]

    1) Commissioner has the power to reverse trades
    5.12 : Making Transactions In "Bad Faith"

    A transactions made in bad faith is considered but not limited to, making a transaction with with no regard to your team's benefit, then stepping down afterwards.

    At anytime a team's Management makes a transaction in bad faith, the manager(s) will be under review. The League also reserves the right to reverse the transaction.

    Any team that makes a deal with a member who is in violation of "bad faith" will be issued a violation(s) for their involvement in the transactions.


    2) The RESPONSIBILITY to protect the integrity of the League

    1.1.5 : Role
    If a situation occurs that are not outlined by any article in the constitution the Commissioner has the ability to make a ruling that is in the best interest of the league. This ruling is made by consulting his staff, reviewing the communities opinion, reviewing past practices, and using best judgement to ensure the integrity and purpose of the league is upheld.

    3) The RESPONSIBILITY to punish people who abuse the Leagues systems

    5.5 : Management Removal

    The Commissioner’s Staff may propose the removal of Management for issues of conduct, breach of rules or procedures, failure to fulfill their commitment or meet expectations.

    7.1.2 : General Conduct

    When participating as a member of the community in an LGHL sanctioned event, or on the League Gaming website, you are to show respect and sportsmanship towards other members and follow the rules at all times.
