NFL Custom Avatars

After seeing and sporting an NHL jersey avatar for the Team League, I looked for a similar thing for NFL. Low and behold I found a site that does the same type of thing. So if anyone wants an avatar sporting their team with a custom name and number on the back let me know and I will create it for you.

it'd be kinda cool if the madden regular members could get a "seasons associated" number...like if a person has been in 4 previous madden leagues, replace rookie with 4th year vet or something? little extra work, but if u wanna show it off for it all

bingo king - yeah I agree, if members wanted that I can change the "ROOKIE" text to say "3 YEAR VET" or whatever message they want. I will probably change my "Rookie" text to indicate my 2nd year once I get there.

Right Click the image and choose "Save Image As.."

This will save it to your computer. Then goto your User Control Panel and select "Edit Avatar". Now where it says "Upload Image From Your Computer" hit "Browse". Find it on your computer and viola done.

Oh really? I haven't tried uploading avatars that size but it says that it should be smaller than 200 kb and it is only 156 kb... give me a little bit and I will do some tests and see what size it will allow, sorry about that.

 

I just tried it and it worked for me. It didn't give me any errors regarding it being too big or anything. I am not sure what to suggest other than to try it again.

Does it say "Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 160 by 90 pixels or 201.0 KB (whichever is smaller)." below the browse button when you go to upload it?

 

this is what it says Your file of 154.9 KB bytes exceeds the forum's limit of 115.0 KB for this filetype.

 

Odd that I can upload 201 Kb but you can only do 115 Kb... maybe because I have been here longer or it is based on rep. I will see if I can squeeze the size down to under 115 for you then.

 

Here you go... I sped up the animation sequence a little. It is now under 100 kb.
