I just looked at the tourney draw to see who I played next round and it said that I didn't advance to the next round!!! I sent a message to my opponent and they were on vacation and couldn't play. I even made a post about it here in the forums and Babalot sent me a message saying if I tried to contact my opponent I would be fine. How can I get this taken care of??? I don't deserve to be kicked out of the tourney!

ull be fine i think, esp if u pm-ed him cuz the admins can look at PM history and if u PMed him through the site which i hope u did cuz thats what they look at...then ur good. basically the rules are that if u PM (THROUGH THSI SITE) and they dont pm u back, u will get the win. but if u PM them and they PM u and u guys just cant agree on a time like this arfster vs deuce business then u both take the DQ which sucks. If u didnt use the PMs on this site, ull get DQed because no evidence (yes it sux) but no evidence for the admins to see u tried contact... This was a problem in like the second tournament and its where they cleared up all the rules for everyone. Peace KineticZ
I PMed through this site and he responded...he said that he couldn't play b/c he was on vacation. I figured that would be proof enough. Hopefully this gets resolved.
Yeah, it's obvious that you should advance. Your opponent is out of town and you did your due dilegence to try and get the match played. I PM'd Babolat about it, you should be advancing.
