Same here. Racing MotoGP2 this weekend was just dull. I haven't played GR in weeks. I've had so much fun playing exhibition NHL 2k3 games with you guys in the last week, I can't wait until Sunday when the games will start to count! I'm glad everyone is enjoying the new slider setup too. It should make the league way more competitive.
Well I got schooled 5-1 and 2-0 but I think I did ok for only making three total games so far. I will be on again tomorrow night for some more learning. I must say this is a lot more fun than what I imagined but the last hockey game I played was Wayne Gretzky for NES
Glad to hear you like the game DeNMan! Only reason I got 5 goals the first game was cuz you were the Penguins. The 2nd game was ALOT closer and you played alot better when you were San Jose. I was worried that first game that I was just gonna frustrate you more then anything. I hope I explained some of the rules of hockey good enough so you understand them. If you do end up in the league I'd try taking Anahiem or LA Kings. Pittsburgh Penguins don't really have that good of defence, Anahiem or LA might be a bit better.
Game speed is the same as last season (default-5), it's the lack of full time speed burst and added fatigue that makes it a little slower paced. Once you play a handful of games though, it feels as fast as ever. You just need time to get acclimated to it.
