League News Update - Official Seasonal Timelines for NHL 21

Based on the community feedback from yesterday's announcement, an adjustment has been made for the league structure and timeline.

We are also looking at shorting the times between games from an hour to either 30 or 40 minutes. Some of the ideas would set out times to be broken into a couple of options:​

• 30 minutes between games
  • NHL 10-1030-11 - AHL 9-930-10
    OR
  • NHL 930-10-1030 - AHL 830-9-930
• 40 minutes between games
  • NHL 930-1010-1050 - AHL 9-940-1020
  • NHL 9-940-1020 - AHL 830-910-950

Season 37 - Season 15 - 10 Weeks - 82 Games

• Week 1 - Nov 1-2-3
• Week 2 - Nov 8-9-10
• Week 3 - Nov 15-16-17

• Week 6 - Dec 6-7-8
